Refresh flower water every other day. When doing this, give the bottom of the stems a fresh snip at least half an inch. 

We grow them right here in Grand Haven, MI on a plot of land! We use organic, sustainable and regenerative practices to ensure we are giving back to the earth as much as we take. 

We also source from fellow small-scale flower farms in West Michigan as needed.

This heavily depends on what the order entails: quantity, specialty design and clothing procurement. When placing a custom order online, we will follow up with a projected ETA for when the order will be done. For orders submitted via our custom order quote, we will work closely with you to ensure your ideas and expectations are fully met. 

Yes! We love working closely with our customers to make their ideas come to life. We strongly suggest submitting a quote request under Custom Orders. Please be advised, there is a specialty design fee of $25 and set up fee of $15, per design. 

No, but we do offer price breaks when placing bulk orders. 

YES! We love adding that custom touch to your items. This is also a great way to freshen up a piece you may not have worn in awhile.

You will need to ship your items to us or arrange drop off in Grand Haven, MI. When ordering items online you want customized, we recommend shipping them directly to us to save some money.

For the longest-lasting results, wash garments in warm water with a mild detergent and avoid using bleach. For machine-washed items, turn the garment inside out. Air-drying is recommended, and if you use a dryer, tumble dry on a low setting. 

Stock items with our designs can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Seasonal/holiday items can be returned for store credit within 7 days of receiving the item. 

Custom-embroidered and monogrammed items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless there was a mistake in the order. 

Florals and seeds are non-refundable and non-returnable due to the nature of these items.
